Alison Doody

Alison Doody was born in Dublin in the Republic of Ireland, on the 11th of November 1966. She is a model as well an Irish actress. After making her film debut by playing a minor role in the Bond film A View to a Kill (1985) she was later cast to portray the Nazi-sympathising archaeologist Elsa Schneider, in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989). Siobhan is in A Prayer for the Dying, Charlotte in Taffin and Rebecca Flannery Major League II. Photographer approached Doody Doody began to model and subsequently the profession of commercial modeling. Doody tried to stay clear of the glamour of nude roles which was a principle she applied in her acting. Doody was offered a tiny role as Jenny Flex for 1985's A View to a Kill when she was noticed by the director who cast her. Doody played the role of Archibald's wife, Lilias In his dream in 1987's television adaptation The Secret Garden. She was Sapsorrow in an episode of Jim Henson's fable show The Storyteller, opposite John Hurt Dawn French Jennifer Saunders. She worked with Pierce Brosnan as Dr. Elsa Schneider, an Austrian Nazi sympathizer and an archaeologist from the forensic field in the 1989 movie Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Doody is a member of the James Bond family, having acted along with Sean Connery and Jonathan Pryce in the film Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade. Doody played co-starring in 1991 with Jonathan Pryce opposite the British miniseries Selling Hitler, which was inspired by the publication fraud called the Hitler Diaries. Doody later moved to Hollywood. She starred as Flannery in Major League II, opposite Charlie Sheen. Doody was a part of The 2002 British comedy The Actors. Michael Caine was her character in a celebration to receive an award. Doody was a co-star, along alongside Patrick Swayze, in the 2004 TV film adaptation of King Solomon's Mines. Doody was in Danny Dyer 2010's The Rapture. The Clinic, a medical drama, aired on RTE. The Asphyx was the remake she made in 2011. The actress began her two seasons on the E4 comedy Beaver Falls in 2011 as Pam Jefferson. In 2014, she appeared on We Still Kill the Old Way (2014). The 21st of November, 2018, she received the Almeria Tierra de Cine award and she received the honor of a star on the Almeria Walk of Fame.
